The Challenge

This house was purchased as an investment property with the intention of renting it out. While the layout had potential, the kitchen was small and cramped, creating a disconnect from the otherwise spacious living area. Most of the walls showed signs of damage, and the home overall lacked style, storage, clean surfaces, and functional living areas.

Our Approach

We created a new kitchen using a neutral palette, perfect for inviting tenants to add their own flair. Working closely with the client, we reimagined the layout and made the bold decision to remove an additional wall to enhance flow and openness. 3D renderings and 2D floor plans helped the client clearly visualize the transformation before construction began.

The Transformation
